For the Pervasive Media Studio’s tenth birthday party, visual artist, chef and Studio resident Jasmine Creusson invited four of her fellow residents to share their food stories. This was a project concept that combined bygone ingredients such as quince, meddler and lavender with progressive technology. Looking into the themes of forgotten foods and how it relates to the ever-growing need for the ‘instant’ within our modern society.
